If your order was filled correctly, we will accept your return however, there are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders.
Yarns in sealed packages will not be accepted for return if the package has been opened.
We DO NOT accept returns on needles, books, patterns, magazines or accessories.
We strive to ship your order as fast as possible. Therefore we are unable to change your order once it has been submitted.
